Vishwa Hindu Parishad of America ("VHPA") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness, serving the community, cultivating Hindu values, and networking with like-minded entities across the country. As part of our commitment to uphold our legal obligations and core values, VHPA maintains a strict policy of non-engagement in partisan political activities, both within the United States and internationally. Our organization's resources, including its name, reputation, and any endorsements, shall not be used for partisan political purposes.

While we fully support the individual rights of our members, including the right to freedom of expression as protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, it is important for all members to recognize that any political activities, statements, or endorsements made in their personal capacity do not and shall not represent VHPA. In order to prevent any potential confusion or implied endorsement by VHPA, members must ensure that their personal political activities are clearly distinguished from their association with the organization.

VHPA is not responsible for, nor does it assume any liability for, the personal political activities of its members. VHPA remains committed to its mission and to maintaining compliance with the laws and regulations governing 501(c)(3) entities, including the prohibition against engaging in partisan political activities. We encourage all members to continue supporting our organizational goals while respecting the boundaries that separate personal political beliefs and activities from the work and objectives of VHPA.
